Thanks for coming out to Southbrook's Chick-fil-A Date Night! We
hope you and your date had a great time and were able to use the
discussion guide to start some meaningful conversation. If you
haven't already taken your couples check up, you need to do so
before November 30, 2010.
This weekend we wrap up "Heartbreak Warfare" but that doesn't mean
we're done focusing on marriages. There are several resources
available to you to help you continue to heal, grow, and strengthen
your relationship.
- Love
and Respect by Emerson Eggrichs is available at the resource
center if you'd like to learn more about communication,
understanding your spouse, and ending the crazy cycle.
- LifeGroups are a
great way to not only meet other couples here at Southbrook, but
get to know other believers that can support and encourage you in
your marriage.
- Marriage mentors are available to meet with
you, couple to couple, and help you work on some specific struggles
you might be having. These couple are trained and certified to
guide you through the challenges you are facing. Contact Pastor Geoffrey to get connected with a mentor
couple.
- We have a list of counseling referrals that we provide for those
facing deeper, more significant challenges.
If you missed any
of Pastor Rob's messages in "Heartbreak Warfare" you can catch up
HERE. We'd love to
hear your story about how God has used this series or Date Night to
change your marriage. Email us at
contact@southbrookchurch.com.
"So again I say, each man must love his wife as he loves
himself,
and the wife must respect her husband." Ephesians
