Dear Parents,
We have some very exciting news! This year, we're working with a company called TutuTix to make it easier for you to purchase recital tickets. No more waiting in line spending your valuable time purchasing tickets. NOW, you'll be able to do it from the convenience of your own living room, office, or wherever you are.

Tickets will go "on sale" at 7:00 PM on Wednesday April 22. (class parents 7:30 pm Tuesday April 21.)
At that time, you can purchase tickets by any of the following ways:

Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Saturdays from 10:00 to 6:00 PM
Sundays from 2:00 PM to 6:00PM
Ticket prices will be: $12.00 each
Each family will require an access code to complete their ticket purchase. Your family's access code will arrive via email no later than 9PM Sunday. Please contact us if you do not receive your code.
Note that you will need a credit or debit card to buy tickets, and that tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis. Tickets will be sold as Reserved Seating, NOT General Admission.
You'll have several options for how you want your ticket delivered. You can have it emailed to you, sent to your mobile phone internet browser, and even add it to your Apple Passbook (if you have the latest iPhone software) at no charge! Or, you can choose to have TutuTix mail you foil-embossed keepsake tickets for an additional fee- with your dancer's name printed directly on the ticket!
Beginning Monday May 4th we will begin allocating the remaining seats to the wait list. We will assume that ANY tickets not purchased by NOON on Monday May 4th are available to sell to waiting families. Please make all WAIT LIST requests via email to info@westislipcreativearts.org.
If you have any trouble with the online ticketing system PLEASE CALL TUTUTIX FIRST. Allow them to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Follow up with us after you have spoken to them. Contacting us first will only slow the process and risk your seat selection.
We know this is a new process and we greatly appreciate your patience and feedback as we work through this change. We are hopeful that this system will save everyone valuable time.
