The day you got born again, you came alive. Well, you know your body was already breathing and pumping blood and eating and drinking for this is how you feed your physical body. If you don’t nourish it, it will begin to fade away and get weak to the point of possibly dying. Your spirit man came alive when the Holy Spirit came to dwell in you, but He left out your mind and body. Those are for you to change or to make right with the power of the Spirt living and abiding in you. Ephesians 4:23 (NIV) to be made new in the attitude of your mind.”

Romans 12:2 (NKJV)And do not be conformed [patterned after] to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.”

We must know what God has to say about a thing and let the Holy Spirit teach us and guide us into the pattern of the Kingdom of God where there is no sicknesses, diseases, failures, poverty or losses of any type or stature. Always causing us to triumph in every situation and circumstances but if we practice the things that the Holy Spirit teaches us through the Word of God, there can be no darkness in our lives and the Light will shine through to our victory.

Have we really conformed to the Word of God, or do we not know what the Spirit has to say to us about the trial that we are facing or the direction we are to take. God left the Holy Spirit for us to fellowship and counsel with and to get direction for each day.

I surrender my hands, feet, ears, eyes, and especially my tongue before my feet hit the floor every morning. I want to make sure that He is engaged with me at the very beginning of the day [my first fruits] and until I lay my head on the pillow that night. This is the confidence that I need to keep my perspectives right and to give me the assurance that I have surrendered my words, thoughts, and attitude to Him. That it is He that I want to come forth in everything that I do that day.

A True Surrender, 100%. I want to know that I have given Him my very best and that there is nothing left in me to offer in bringing glory and honor to Him. What an awesome opportunity for me to know by faith He is really interested in me to the point that He loves me and will do everything He needs in accomplishing that which pertains to me that day. I am thankful, thankful, thankful that the burden is no longer on me but on Him and He is well able to perform that which I have committed to him that day. 2 Timothy 1:12 (NIV) That is why I am suffering as I am. Yet I am not ashamed, because I know whom I have believed, and am convinced that he is able to guard what I have entrusted to him for that day.”
