LEVEL SYSTEM
An indicator of the endurance in which each therapist can apply pressure or 'depth' throughout your massage.
Level 1: Light pressure, relaxing massage
Level 2: Medium pressure, no specific trigger point
Level 3: Medium to Deep pressure with trigger point work
Level 4: Very deep pressure, with trigger point work
All therapists available to provide lighter pressure if asked

Health & Safety:
We’ve taken a number of steps to ensure the health and safety of everyone in our studio with increased safety measures and operational changes. Therefore we are asking you to review the question below and if you answer yes please contact us to reschedule your appointment:
- Have you experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days (fever, cough, shortness of breath, or other respiratory problems)?

Because of the nature of the work that we do, it is important that only healthy bodies enter the studio.
If you are not feeling well and have a scheduled appointment approaching, please call the studio as soon as you start feeling unwell to give us a heads up. If you are sick and have given reasonable notice, you will not be charged for the appointment. If you call just before your appointment to say you are not feeling well- you will be charged for the full appointment as this is not enough notice for our staff.
Staff illness: Please be understanding! We must adhere to a strict policy of keeping our therapists home if they are unwell. In some cases, this may result in the cancelling of your appointment. We will do our very best to give you as much notice as possible and help reschedule your appointment for the next available time that is convenient for you.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment starts time.
If paying with a gift card, please bring it with you at the time of your appointment.
A reminder that sessions include time for consultation and dressing.
Cancellation Policy:
The total amount of the services scheduled will be charged in full for clients who are “no show” or fail to cancel their appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. If you are booking your massage within 24 hours of the actual appointment there is no cancellation and you will be charged the full amount of the appointment. Appointments may ONLY be canceled by calling 617-467-6072 at least 24 hours in advance.
NO EMAIL CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED
Late Arrival Policy:
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled appointments. Your appointment will be automatically canceled 15 minutes after the appointment scheduled time and you will be charged according to the cancellation policy.
