Surviving a life-threatening fire as a teenager set her on a course to help others overcome their own trials and obstacles to success in life and work. She discovered how to live ON FIRE rather than living burned and began to apply her hard fought lessons to her world of business and education. Spearheading a successful Corporate Training Center affecting over 150,000 participants and University business teaching experience were Linda’s professional proving ground to apply her unique approach incorporating the spiritual + the practical aspects to personal leadership and personal success.
When Linda realized God had provided a holy lab in real life to learn and implement God’s ways and purposes day to day, she began taking copious notes and creating practical systems covered in prayer. She now knew that this learning was not just for her own team and business endeavors, but felt compelled to share with many others who were searching for answers beyond common textbook models of leadership and success.
Linda founded 7M-Pact, a marketplace organization to deliver training, executive coaching, and events based on the teachings of Jesus. With over 100,000 downloads of Linda’s weekly podcast, On Fire with Linda Fields, individuals are succeeding God’s way to influence a world in need with practical transformational teachings and tools and business solutions.
