Please join us to hear the personal testimony of John Haettich, Director of Business Development & Human Resources for KE Andrews.
John began in the property tax arena 25 years ago as a consultant in Orlando Florida. Over the years he gained expertise in many aspects of commercial real estate and tangible personal property valuation, namely in the energy, oil & gas, restaurant, office, manufacturing, nursing home, assisted living, hospital, retirement and rehabilitative services industries. For many years he handled multi-state tax portfolios spanning 42 states. Around 13 years ago, John became heavily involved in the business development function where he now leads the business development, sales, marketing, human resources and data departments, tasked with creating a team-focused business development culture, and generating new relationships as a result of strategic processes, systems and service. John is also responsible for implementing HR systems and processes that serve to the benefit and development of KEA employees creating the ideal work environment for all stakeholders. John is on the business development advisory team for Unifyi, a SaaS company that serves the energy industry, as well as the site selection & economic development arena.
John is also an advisor to the KEA Serves board, our non-profit arm that seeks to serve the community locally, and overseas with current projects in Guatemala.
In his spare time, John leads a marketplace men’s ministry within the organization that meets bi-weekly, and a local men’s ministry that is 150 men strong, and enjoys his wife and 5 children taking in farm life and an appreciation for God’s handiwork off-grid in the mountains of Colorado.
