With the summer coming to an end, we wanted to take this opportunity to share some of our greatest summer hits! 

Our Internship Program Kicks Off
During our internship program, we got the pleasure of working with and mentoring six outstanding students.   The final presentations were thoughtful and representative of their hard work over the summer.  Each brought a fresh and unique perspective to their respective departments while taking a hands on approach working with their mentors. We were really impressed by their suggestions and thank them for spending their summer with us.

DP Summer Outing 2017

DP celebrated the end of the Internship Program at our annual Summer Outing.  This year we enjoyed a Moroccan  themed  event complete with tasty ethnic foods, drumming instruction, and henna design!  
DP Tenant Appreciation Day

Diamond Properties hosted over 1,300 tenants at our Annual Tenant Appreciation Day event. Each year Diamond Properties tenants and their families are invited to a complimentary day of fun, play, and food!   We started the tradition four years ago to say thank you to our tenants for choosing Diamond Properties. Everyone enjoyed activities like go- kart racing, bowling, arcade games, face painting, balloon making, and sparkly fun at  Sparklicious! On behalf of Diamond Properties we want to say thanks for making this a very special year!

A special thanks to Grand Prix New York,  Spins Bowl,  MMA, Sparklicious, The Balloon Guy, and Faces by Stephanie for adding to the fun!


Community Corner 

We had a great time hosting the annual Cops & Cones Event at our offices. The annual event is organized by the Westchester County Police Department and gives local residents and businesses an opportunity to connect with their local law enforcement.  Everyone enjoyed games and ice cream cones! Thank you to everyone that joined us for this fun day and for their support of our local police!
