The SB 23-012 County FAQs have recently been updated to address additional questions from counties. The updates include:

• A new “Definitions” section
• Flowcharts to determine if a DOT number is required for Farm and non-Farm vehicles
• A new “Exemptions” section
• A new “Farm” section
• A new “HAZMAT" section
• A new “Non-Profit” section
• Per county suggestion, the “Chameleon” and “CSP Reporting/Notification” have moved to the “Other Less Common Topics” section
