Your Mayor and City Council and appointed Boards make important decisions about more than just zoning and land use. Refer to the Interactive City Map and Public Meetings calendar to stay informed and to understand how these decisions affect your City and way of life. See the links below for each of these important reference tools. Please disseminate this information to your HOA mailing lists.
The Public Calendar found at THIS LINK provides the agendas for the regularly scheduled meetings held each month. Find the agendas below the calendar that are generally published several days prior to the meeting*.
The meeting schedule is:
Mayor and City Council - 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month
Board of Appeals - 2nd Tuesday of each month
Planning Commission - 4th Tuesday of each month
Other Boards and Authorities meet on a quarterly or as needed basis: Board of Ethics, Public Facilities Authority and Development Authority.
In addition, on the Calendar you will also find the developer meetings scheduled for the community's opportunity to attend and provide input. These meetings are required per the City's policies.
The location of any application for Appeal, Variance, Zoning or Use Permit can be found on the City's
