DPH Annual Compliance Training

All ZSFG workforce members are required to complete the Annual Compliance and Privacy Training. This includes DPH staff, UCSF faculty and staff at ZSFG, residents, students, volunteers, registry staff, and contractors who may have either direct or indirect access to patients or their PHI.

To access your trainings, log in to the DPH Staff Learning Portal to get started. Check out the “Quick Guide on How to Access the Portal” to get started and the ZSFG Dean’s Office for more helpful information and resources.

To log in to the system you will need your POI number. You received your POI number from DEM General via e-mail on 9/21/22. If you are a new employee, you should have received this information via e-mail from the DPH directly. If you need help with access or need to change your password call 628-206-5000.

UCSF COVID-19 Policy Updates

Be vigilant about masking at work, unless you are in a room by yourself. Food and drinks are permitted when at 50% occupancy staff are present together in in-door, non-clinical areas.

Visitors are required to be fully vaccinated or have a negative COVID test before entering any building on the ZSFG campus.

Staff can obtain COVID testing at the OHS employee testing tent in the parking lot by Avon Breast Center, Mon-Sun from 6:30am-4:30pm or from the Color vending machine in Building 9.

In addition to Color and PCR tests, home-based antigen testing is now an option for returning to work with COVID-like symptoms. For persons with unprotected, close contact for more than 15 minutes with a COVID-confirmed individual in the previous 10 days, a negative COVID-19 test result is required before entering UCSF facilities.
