Grand Opening Sessions
There are two Grand Opening Sessions this year! Both will feature the same highlights including the annual parade of associations, Top 10 chapters, keynote speaker and entertainment by the Jabbawockeez.
All attendees must show the official conference name badge, which will include a color bar corresponding to your session time.
Please refer to the seating chart in the conference app to find your association's assigned section.
You can network outside of the Anaheim Convention Center, between the Anaheim Marriott and Hilton Anaheim. A DJ will spin in the Grand Plaza, outside the ACC from 5 pm to 10 pm on Saturday, and food trucks will be available from 5 pm to 11 pm if attendees wish to grab dinner on their own. Absolutely no loitering will be allowed in the foyer of Hall D.
If you are in Grand Opening Session I, please refrain from bringing in food and beverages. Once the session concludes, exit Hall D and Anaheim Convention Center immediately.
If you are in Grand Opening Session II, please wait on the Grand Plaza or in the Hall A and B foyers so those in Grand Opening Session II may exit promptly.
