DASNY works to ensure its partners reflect the diversity of New York State.
DASNY helps businesses owned by minorities, women and service-disabled veterans participate in state contracts, obtain greater access to bonding and capital, and develop business capacity to meet the needs of its customers.
DASNY recently launched a new program to help these businesses successfully compete for and execute DASNY construction contracts as prime contractors, with lines of credit, surety bonding and back office supports. The program is supported by a $10 million commitment from LISC’s Black Economic Development Fund (BEDF). Click here to learn more.
Since 2011, DASNY has spent more than $1.7 billion in construction with minority- and women-owned business enterprises (“MWBEs”) and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses (“SDVOBs”).
