Wooden Globe Award Nomination Deadline Extended

To ensure that ALL of our membership has the opportunity to make their nominations for the Wooden Globe Awards, the deadline for nomination submissions has been extended through April 30, 2024.

Call for Machinery Images

The ASC O1 is currently working on a revision of the ANSI O1.1 - Woodworking Machinery Safety Requirements (2013)(R2023) and seeking images of woodworking machinery to be used in the draft standard. Images will be converted to line drawings to remove any identifying information.

WIA Export Trade Certificate: An Opportunity to Join

Since February 1989, the US Department of Commerce has granted limited antitrust protection for certain export-related activities of members of the WMMA that elected to be covered under the WMMA® Export Trade Certificate (ETC). As a result of the merger of WMMA into WMIA, the WMMA ETC is no longer valid, and WIA is in the process of applying for a new ETC.
