Castle Pines to be Home to the First Proton Therapy Cancer Treatment Center in Colorado

PROJECT UPDATE

Development Site: To accommodate the $92M state-of-the-art cancer treatment facility, our team has selected and secured a premier location in the city of Castle Pines, located just south of Denver along the beautiful Colorado Front Range. The location offers incredible views of Pikes Peak, surrounding mountains, close proximity to many amenities, healthcare resources, and transportation.

Architectural Design: Our architectural team is currently working through the design, engineering and building permit process. We anticipate design, engineering and permitting completed in the Fall of 2023.

Construction Timeline: Ground-breaking for the cancer center is expected early Spring 2024, with a build timeline of approximately 20 months.

Community engagement and involvement is critically important to the Castle Pines Proton team. We are passionate about fighting cancer, raising awareness of the wide-ranging benefits of Proton Therapy, and giving back to the local community. The Castle Pines Proton team is proud to be involved in various foundations and nonprofits throughout Colorado.

The Castle Pines Proton team was grateful to play in the 59th Annual Wheel Invitational tournament in Estes Park, Colorado. Just across town from the historic Stanley Hotel (of the movie "The Shining" fame) and the Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park is truly an incredible place to visit. The 2-day tournament did not disappoint, bringing in over 400 players, afternoon thunderstorms, and a plethora of elk.
