SUPPORT THE ANNUAL FUND

Sociologist Eric Klinenberg recently wrote:

"Libraries are the kinds of places where people with different backgrounds, passions and interests can take part in a living democratic culture. They are the kinds of places where the public, private and philanthropic sectors can work together to reach for something higher than the bottom line."  ("To Restore Civil Society, Start with the Library," New York Times, September 8, 2018)

It is support of the Annual Fund from our community of readers like you, at many different levels, that Curtis Memorial Library continues to purchase over 10,000 new books and materials of many interests and a variety of new voices each year.

Thank you for considering going green and making a gift online today; or bring your Annual Fund donation to the Lending Desk, or mail to Annual Fund, Curtis Memorial Library, 23 Pleasant Street, Brunswick, ME  04011.

We welcome you here.  It's your library.
