Congratulations to our 2023-2024 Graduating Class
We are honored to celebrate the end of an awesome year with our graduating 8th graders. On Monday, May 13th, we celebrated their hard work and efforts during our graduation mass and ceremony. See some of the awesome accomplishments below!
The Joan & Don Reichenberger Scholarship:
This year, the Reichenberger family established a scholarship in honor of Joan, a 1963 graduate of Cure of Ars and grandmother to the McGinnis family. Cure of Ars teachers nominated students based on having the traits of Joan–a deep Catholic faith, assertive attitude, contagious spirit, and the ability to greet everyone with a smile and kindness.
When describing this student, teachers said “One of this student’s most admirable traits is his adaptability and willingness to collaborate with everyone, regardless of whether or not they are his close friends. He is accepting of others, a voice for his quieter peers, and a leader in welcoming people. His good-natured spirit and great sense of humor make him a pleasure to be around. He approaches challenges with a positive attitude and is always willing to lighten the mood. In addition to his warm personality, he is a person of high integrity, owning up to mistakes and striving to learn from them.”

This scholarship will recognize both the outstanding academic performance and faith-filled presence of two 8th grade students. There will be additional attributes the students must possess in order to receive this scholarship. To many students and staff Bea Redondo was famously known for her fiery compassion to help others and notorious for her unshakeable faith.
