Stop into the Crystal Lake Park District Administration Office (1 E. Crystal Lake Avenue, Crystal Lake) and purchase your Crystal Lake July 7 fireworks wristbands ahead of time!

Main Beach front gates open. No tables may be reserved prior to 9 am. Picnic tables limited. First come, first served basis. One table per family.

Picnic tables may not be moved.


9 AM-2:30 PM

Regular beach resident & non-resident admission rates apply (see button below). Everyone entering will receive an ID bracelet that will allow Main Beach in and out access throughout the day plus admission to the fireworks celebration

Crystal Lake Independence Day Parade

presented by the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce

Parade steps off at 1 pm

Please note the alternate route this year due to construction on Dole Avenue.

The parade starts at the Crystal Lake Municipal Complex at West Woodstock Street, then proceeds down Dole Avenue, west on West Crystal Lake Avenue, and then north on North Oak Street.

Food and beverage (beer and wine) and small charcoal grills are allowed (no glass please.)

NEW Park Coming in Spring 2025!

The Crystal Lake Park District is excited to launch the 'Name Your Park' contest. We invite Crystal Lake Park District residents to share their creativity and submit suggestions for the official name of the new 10-acre park being developed, just south of the Lakewood Public Works facility on Haligus Road in Lakewood.

The challenge to residents is simple, yet fun-name this new park!

Winner receives a $100 Crystal Lake Park District gift card as well as the honor of knowing your creativity will be part of this new park's legacy.
