COVID-19 Response:
Re-Opening Plan
July 9, 2020

Dear Friends in Christ,

As Crown of Glory Lutheran Church moves through this time of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have prepared a knowledge-based re-opening plan with five phases. Church staff and congregation leaders have relied on several resources to help guide our decision-making process that take into consideration the health, safety, and well-being of all. It is important to note that one of the those guiding partners is the Minneapolis Area Synod Bishop’s Office, which currently has requested that all ELCA congregations refrain from in-person indoor worship until at least September 1 st , 2020.

Finally, please note that required registration for any of the five phases will be used for contact tracing purposes only. The following phases detail a step-by-step process towards providing in-person ministry and in-person indoor worship, and official dates have not been assigned to each phase as they are subject to change due to the unpredictable nature of the pandemic. Thank you for your continued support and partnership as we discover new ways to be together during these times.

In Christ,
