CrossIron Mills Stampede Breakfast - July 8th, 2024

Proud chamber member CrossIron Mills is offering Airdrie Regional Chamber Members an exclusive opportunity to connect with the community at their Annual Stampede Breakfast on Monday, July 8th!


This is CrossIron Mills’ largest event of the year, with expected attendance of six thousand people from North Calgary, Airdrie, and surrounding Rocky View County.


In addition to pancakes and sausages, this event will draw traffic through an exciting partnership with the Calgary Flames, exclusive Stampede discounts from CrossIron Mills retailers, a special gift card promotion, live Western entertainment, and plenty of family activities. 


The event will be advertised by CrossIron Mills on radio stations throughout Southern Alberta, on Out of Home advertisements, on social media, and throughout the shopping centre in the month leading up to the event.


This is a great chance to raise brand awareness for your business with local families in the immediate community.

Airdrie Regional Chamber members receive a 10’x10’ exhibition space at the Stampede Breakfast event from 9am-11am at a 20% discount

($400 before GST)

Terms and Conditions

General Parameters

  • Exhibits must be engaging to the family audience of this event. Activities such as face painting, games, prize wheels, giveaways are strongly recommended. 
  • On-site sales are not permitted.
  • Limited exhibitor spaces are available, and are subject to the approval of CrossIron Mills
  • All exhibitors must be checked in at CrossIron Mills prior to 8am on event day. All move in details will be provided to exhibitors at least a week in advance of the event.
  • Exhibitors will be placed in the breakfast area at the discretion of CrossIron Mills. 

Materials

  • Exhibitors must have a tent, and must have a method for anchoring the tent according to the manufacturer’s instructions (sandbags or weights recommended)
  • Exhibitors are required to bring all required materials for their set up (tents, tables, and chairs will not be provided)
  • Power, internet, or water will not be provided to any set ups

Paperwork

  • Exhibitors will be required to sign a temporary occupancy agreement with CrossIron Mills
  • Exhibitors will be required to provide CrossIron Mills with a Certificate of Insurance evidencing commercial liability coverage of at least $2 million, and name CrossIron Mills entities as Additional Insureds.
