Spirit Expressing, Week 5, Creating Healing
The more we are aligned to helping a person grow spiritually when we practice spiritual healing, the less we risk being misaligned with the purpose of life and a resultant reduction in our spiritual capability to heal. You need to think of God, the all-powerful Healer as being already within you, in every part of your mind, heart and body. Listen to Rev. Temple's message called "Creating Healing" as we begin Spirit Expressing, Week 5 on Sunday, October 13. This week's Spirit Expressing color is blue. If you missed last week's message, click here to see what's been happening! Blessings....

Haitian Mission Par la Foi
| |
WOW! A huge thank you to all of the Spirit Expressing groups, Board of Trustees, YFM & YOU sponsors and First Unity Staff for adopting a child through our joint efforts with Marlene Berthelot, Executive Director of Haitian Mission Par la Foi, Inc. Out of the 36 children, our community is sponsoring 25 kids!
Haitian Mission Par la Foi, was founded in 2008 by two long time friends, Marlene Berthelot and Rev. Marie Jessie Pierre. They serve the Haitian Communities and orphaned children in Haiti. The sponsorship funds for these children goes toward their education and school needs. So far, our community has raised over $2500 and we are still counting!
Rev. Temple and Denise Whitfield, Executive Director met with Marlene right before she headed back to Haiti to share the good news! Keep an eye out for updates and letters from the children on their progress.
For more information or how you can get involved, please visit www.saveourhaiti.org or email Marlene at parlafoi@aol.com
