Overview and Checklist for a Major Plant Cleaning Project
While piece counts are down, many of us are trying to find ways to make the most of our extra time at the plant, even with reduced service hours. For quite a few of our Affiliates, this also means finding projects for staff to do while they work to maintain payrolls in accordance with the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) they have signed up for.
We often hear from GreenEarth Members that they know their plant can use a good cleaning but it's pretty overwhelming and they do not know where to start. Well, we might never have a better time to dig into it!
