Celebrating Earth Day From A Distance
|

Earth Day for us, here at GreenEarth Cleaning, is usually our favorite day of the year. And even though spirits around the globe may not be high right now, we still want to find ways to celebrate our planet and do some good in our community in honor of the holiday's 50th anniversary. That's right, this is the 50th Earth Day on record.
Here's the plan, we want all of you, and invite your team members to participate as well, in between now and Earth Day (next Wednesday, 4/22) to do something positive for the Earth. This could be planting an herb or flower in a pot, go big and plant a tree, or simply recycle!

The key is, whatever you decide to do, document it. We want to see photo or video proof. Then post your contribution to Earth Day's 50th Anniversary on Facebook and/or Instagram with the hashtag
#GreenEarthDay2020
. We will then take all of the, sure to be, wonderful images and videos and make a heartwarming video from the GreenEarth Network to share on Earth Day!
Don't be shy, join us in spreading some love this Earth Day by sending us your images and videos!

We usually send out all sorts of customer appreciation ideas you can do right now, but of course many of them are not an option. You can still celebrate with your customers though using email marketing and/or social media.
Take the same example from above and send that out to your customers in an e-blast letting them know you're still thinking about them and caring for the environment through all of this. You can also post it on social media to send positive vibes out to your community.
You can even take it to another level, asking your team to jump on a zoom meeting to record a "Happy Earth Day" video, like you see here on the left from yours truly!

We have, of course, cancelled the clothes drive we had planned here in Kansas City, as well as the national clothes drive we were coordinating with many of you, to respect social distancing. We do plan on hosting that event later this year and would love for all of you to join us in hosting a clothes drive of your own. We will be in contact with more details on that when the time comes.
These are difficult times to say the least, but we will get through this together and come out stronger on the other side.

Tracking SBA Loan Affiliate Approval
|
|
Over the course of the last 2 weeks, we received responses to our poll from 157 Affiliates with 20% answering
YES to having received approval and/or funds from their bank on either the EIDL or PPP SBA loans.
We're happy to see Affiliates are receiving the funds, but we also realize some of you are being told the funds have run out. There is currently additional funding working it's way through Congress, and we're hopeful that will be passed soon and funds will again become available.

NO last week and your status has changed, or if you have not answered the question, please let us know.
