Here are a few items to start thinking about:

*Plan your Launch Date. Make sure your mooring or slip will be ready, and that you will be available to take delivery of boat on the day of your assigned launch but no later than the weekend.

*Determine what you would like completed prior to launch. Communicate with the Steamboat Service Team at least 3 weeks prior to launch what you would like serviced or repaired.

*Create a maintenance plan for your boat and commit to it. Our staff is happy to assist. A consistent maintenance plan is the best way to avoid costly repairs and maximize quality time on the water.

*Are there items on the boat that were not working well last year? This could include: engine issues, steering systems, NAV lights, bilge pumps, stereos, VHF radios, live wells, trim tabs, or other accessories. If we know about it, we will fix it for you!

*Do not forget to have your lines and fenders on boat prior to launch day. And of course, the drain plug!
