Greetings! we are thrilled that you will be joining us in Fort Worth for the 63rd Annual TCA Professional Growth Conference. Here's some information to get you prepared!
NEW THIS YEAR:

  • When you arrive, head to registration and check into the conference using one of the electronic kiosks. After you check in, your name and QR code will print, and you'll be ready to enjoy the conference!
  • The OR code on your name badge will be used to track your program attendance.
IMPORTANT: Get you QR code scanned at EVERY program you want CE hours for.

Volunteering and facilitating are great ways to make connections and network.

You can help as a general conference volunteer or facilitate programs . Online sign up closes at 2 pm on Monday November 11th, but you can always sign up on-site! Just visit the Volunteer booth.

FREE Conference Kick-Off Celebration [Wed, 6 - 8 pm]

FREE TSCA Reception [Thurs, 5:30 - 7 pm]
Join the Texas School Counselor Association , a division of TCA, for a networking reception.

FREE Sam Houston State University Reception [Thurs, 6 - 7 pm]
The Department of Counselor Education invites students, alumni, and friends to this TCA Conference Social. Enjoy complimentary food and refreshments!

FREE TCA Awards Ceremony & President's Reception [Thurs, 7 - 11 pm]
Celebrate the work of amazing counselors and counselor advocates and then dance the night away at the President's Reception and Dance!
Don't Forget to Vote!

If you are attending this conference, you are a #TxCAmember! Use your voice and vote for your TCA and Division leadership. Ballots close at 2 pm on Thursday (Nov 14). Winners will be announced at the General Session on Friday (Nov 15)!
