Parents, please join us at the CCA flagpole before All-School Chapel next Wednesday, September 27 to pray for our children, CCA, community, and our country.

Students and teachers will have a time of prayer around the pole throughout the day.

🚲 Bike, Trike, and Scooter Day

☕️ Preschool Bike Day is tomorrow, September 22! Students can bring a scooter, a trike, or a bike that they know how to ride for this fun day. Please do not forget your child's helmet. All preschoolers are invited to come join their class, even if your student does not normally come to school on Friday. Preschoolers who normally do not come on Friday will need to be accompanied by a parent.

Please put a piece of masking tape with your child's name and teacher on his/her helmet, bike, scooter, or trike. Everything needs to be labeled before your child brings it to school.

Bike Day Schedule:

• Two-year-olds: 9:00-9:25
• Three-year-olds: 9:30-9:55
• Four-year-olds: 10:00-10:25

🎄 The Annual Poinsettia Fundraiser is HERE! Please consider purchasing or collecting orders for friends and family. Purchase beautiful poinsettias grown by the residents of the Brookwood Community, support the CCA PA, as well as the mission work and services offered locally by Brookwood.

Each poinsettia is red, about 16" in height, grown in a 6" pot, and has 5-7 blooms. Each plant comes with green foil pot covers and is wrapped in brown sleeves for easy transportation and protection.

Poinsettias are $15 each or order a dozen (12) at $14 each! (Dozen Discount)

📚 Book Fair Volunteers Needed!

🩷 Become a Book Fair Volunteer and receive 20% off! CCA is having a Book Fair with our new vendor Literati on Mon. Oct 2 – Fri. Oct 6, 2023, to continue encouraging students to read. Students will be bringing book information home in their Thursday folders, including information on how to purchase gift cards in lieu of sending cash to school.

Volunteers are crucial to the success of our Book Fair. Consider offering your time and talents to make your child’s Fair an unforgettable experience.

We need help with Fair setup, decorating, cashiering, staffing the Fair (especially Grandparents Day), and packing up afterward. We appreciate your support in whatever form.
