📌 Procedures & Reminders

Carpool:

• Pull Up to Buckle Up! Parents, please do not buckle up your child in the carpool line. We want to keep the carpool line moving as efficiently as possible.

• No walkups (coming inside to the lobby or standing near the front doors). Please stay in your car during carpool dismissal.

• It is understood that, occasionally, appointments must be made during instructional time. The latest that a student can be picked up for Elementary is 2:20 P.M. and 2:30 P.M. for middle school. Please try to adhere to these times when picking up early before dismissal. It helps us to ensure a smooth dismissal procedure.

For next week:

Now that the first week of school is done and all the jitters are out...

• Parents, please let our elementary students see themselves to class.

• Start time for elementary is 8:00 A.M. and middle school is 7:50 A.M. Try to have your student here at least 10 minutes before start time so they won’t be in a rush. Preparation is the key!

• In an effort to ensure that students and staff have all routines and procedures in place, we will allow lunch with your child and daily chapel visits starting the week of August 28th. For parents wanting to have lunch with their child, please let the teacher and front desk know beforehand. 



💚 Extended Care Registration is OPEN!

Registration is quick and completely FREE. We encourage you to register to avoid paying any drop-in fees on days you may be running late and need Extended Care. Students who have not registered by August 31, 2023, will be charged $10 per day, per the student drop-in fee, in addition to the hourly rates.

Note: Preschool does not have to register for Extended Care.

⛅️ After-School Enrichment Activities begin on Monday, August 28th!

Registration for after-school activities is now open! You can access the registration form through the link below or through your FACTS account. Classes begin the week of August 28. The deadline for registration is August 31, 2023.

Our CCA Spirit Store is temporarily closed! If you placed an order with Big Frog, please check your email for an update.

If you were unable to purchase a spirit shirt and do not have a CCA shirt to wear tomorrow, students may wear jeans and a CCA Polo or their P.E. shirt.

☀️ "Brighter Days" Spirit Day! Instead of having a Spirit Week this year, we will have a dedicated Spirit Day each month.

Wednesday, August 30th will be "Brighter Days" Spirit Day. Wear your brightest summer colors, and let's reflect God's light!

🗓️ First Parent Meeting of the School Year. The Parent Association will host their first school-wide parent meeting on Friday, August 25th. Meet other parents and learn about the many ways to get involved.
