It’s a new year and the team at CostFlex is ready to assist with your future successes! 

With 2022 comes the official and exciting release of CaaS (Costing as a Service) professional costing service from CostFlex (see below for details) and with this release our client family is growing with new installations scheduled monthly. 

In addition, April 27th to the 29th will bring our first in-person CostFlex User Group Conference since 2019 and our staff is busy preparing and organizing to make this a best experience for our client family. As you will read in this January newsletter, there are opportunities to get involved and we are standing by to answer your questions if you are interested in participating.

As CostFlex rounds out our 31st year developing, installing and supporting our Total Cost Accounting software suite of products for healthcare, we are again leading the market with our most recent release for the new business year – Costing as a Service [CaaS]. 

The CostFlex team has been providing a turnkey installation for all new clients for the past three decades. Clients have continually shared how helpful this assisted project launch is to their organization. However, many new clients also have needs associated with ongoing staffing and IT resources as well. With so many organizations having the same resource issues, CostFlex has stepped up our service game and created CaaS!

CaaS, in addition to the turnkey installation like all other cost accounting projects from CostFlex, provides complete staffing for system management as well as remote hosting of the Total Cost Accounting software in the Cloud. 

While CostFlex professional staff are performing all the heavy lifting of system maintenance and hosting, CaaS clients are left to simply login and perform countless service line reporting analysis and enjoy their dependable decision support financial data on tap for management!

2022 CostFlex User Group Conference
Have we mentioned that the entire team at CostFlex is beyond excited to see everyone’s faces at the 2022 CostFlex User Group Meeting to be held April 27-29 on the shores of beautiful Fort Walton Beach Florida? 

We are ‘all hands-on deck’ preparing for this exciting in person Spring event. If you have attended in the past, then you can attest to the value received from learning from both your CostFlex Support Staff and your professional peers at the same time. 

The agenda for the event is being created based on direct client input and requests for learning and education. If you have a specific area of interest that would benefit your organization’s efforts relative to decision support software and services, please do not hesitate to share your requests sooner than later to ensure that your vote is counted.

Many organizations have requested one-on-one training for their team while in Florida. This is being offered for this 2022 event and available training spots are going quickly. Don’t be left out of this specialized training opportunity, contact your CostFlex Service Representative today to get registered for all your DSS education needs.
Share and learn from your professional peers April 2022 in Florida!
Returning User Group attendees consistently share that one of the most popular parts of this annual event is the sharing of cost accounting and decision support knowledge & techniques among their peers.  

To help promote this valuable takeaway from the event, the CostFlex Team is asking that all clients take a few minutes to submit a success story and/or favorite report to be shared with the group in April.  

There is no specific format for the submission. It can be entered into a Word document or simply an email to usergroup@costflex.com.  
 
To help encourage participation, CostFlex will be giving a $25 gift card to every client who participates!
