Dania After Dark Continues to Bring One-of-a-Kind Experiences
Join us for Dania After Dark in the heart of the historic city’s arts and entertainment district. Enjoy an extraordinary series of one-of-a-kind monthly events with live entertainment and music, themed nights, engaging activities, delicious food and drinks, and is dog and family friendly.
Tickets required for special culinary and alcoholic beverage experiences.

Christmas Tree Disposal
Between January 1 and February 1, 2024, Waste Management provides a specific service for the disposal of Christmas trees. On your scheduled garbage collection or bulk pick-up days, kindly position your tree at the curb for collection. Alternatively, if the tree fits with the lid securely closed, you may dispose of it by placing it inside your waste bin. Please refrain from placing the tree inside your recycling bin.
BULK WASTE
Bulk waste will be collected each month on the designated dates outlined in the schedule. Kindly take note of your 2024 bulk pickup dates to determine your specific pickup days.

After the parade, head back to CW Thomas Park to indulge in free food, witness thrilling basketball tournaments, and let the kids join in the fun with bounce houses and more.

Celebrate the Life of Bill Harris
Honor and celebrate the incredible life of Bill Harris, former vice mayor, commissioner and most recently, Dania Beach CRA team member.
Bill cherished the bonds he had with those in his life, and he was an incredible friend to those who knew him. He was kind, generous, compassionate, and a gentle soul. He was known and loved by many in the Dania Beach community as a proud and active resident for over 20 years. Bill was an ambassador for his beloved Dania Beach everywhere he went.
His family and friends hope you can join them in sharing a funny story or a favorite memory in celebration of life to honor Bill.

IGNITE Art & Light Festival
IGNITE Broward, presented by Broward County Cultural Division in partnership with MAD Arts, features immersive large-scale projection mapping and interactive light sculptures and installations.
This annual family-friendly festival will take place January 24-28, 2024, daily 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and until 11 p.m. on the weekend. Visitors can experience immersive light and sound-based art created by top national and international artists and designers from all over the world. Twenty-two exhibits will take over the gallery and exterior spaces at Mad Arts in Dania Beach (481 S. Federal Highway).
Admission is free and open to the public. The City of Dania Beach is a proud sponsor.

2024 Dania Beach Vintage Motorcycle Show
On Saturday, January 27, over 300 antique bikes will be judged under the trees at beautiful Frost Park in Dania Beach. There will be live music, vendors, bike parts swap meet, food, dealer exhibits, motorcycle field games, Roller Derby Girls, vintage bicycle display, kiddy play area and more!
The event is FREE to the public with a fee to enter bikes. The City of Dania Beach is a proud sponsor.
