We are very sorry for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your efforts to complete the survey.

If you already completed the survey, you do not need to complete it again.

We need your input!  We are pleased to release a national survey on incident mapping capabilities and symbols. There are two versions of the survey, based on your primary role.  Please Click Here to complete the survey that most applies to you:

This is a short and anonymous survey that will only take a few minutes to complete.

Your input will help to inform the ongoing development and refinement of NAPSG's incident symbology guideline and symbol sets.

The survey will close on April 17, 2015. So be sure to complete the survey today.
