PRAYER SHAWL MINISTRY MEETING DATES FOR FEBRUARY

The Prayer Shawl Ministry group continues to meet on the first and third Thursdays at 7 p.m. Anyone who currently crochets or knits - and anyone who would love to learn to crochet - is welcome. Meeting dates for March are the 7th and 21st.

Besides supplying shawls to our congregation members in need, the group recently donated ten shawls to the Cancer Center at Aurora in Grafton. The donation was very much appreciated by the Center.

If you have any questions on this Ministry, you can contact either Sherie Duwe at 262-377-6740, or Lori Mathias at 262-825-6632.

Dear Friends -

Pastor Paul Bulgerin, Gail Rennie and Pastor Chris Manke would like you to know about another adventure we have planned. Join us on a remarkable journey this October 13–24, 2024 as we embark on a Lutheran pilgrimage like no other! We are thrilled to invite you to explore the iconic Martin Luther sites, where history comes alive and faith finds its roots. This unforgettable adventure will take you through the heart of Germany, where Luther's Reformation took shape five centuries ago.

Imagine standing in the very footsteps of Martin Luther at Wittenberg, where he nailed his 95 Theses to the door of the Castle Church, sparking a revolution that changed the course of history. Visit the Luther House Museum, where you'll gain profound insights into Luther's life and legacy. Marvel at the stunning architecture where Luther passionately debated his beliefs.

But our journey is not just about history; it's about faith, culture, and camaraderie. You'll have the opportunity to worship in historic churches, savor delicious local cuisine, and connect with fellow travelers who share your passion for faith and our rich heritage.

Whether you're a devout Lutheran or simply curious about this pivotal chapter in Christian history, this tour promises an enriching experience. So, join us and be a part of this spiritual pilgrimage to Martin Luther's world. Secure your spot today and embark on a transformative journey that inspires and enlightens you. Don't miss this unique opportunity to walk in the footsteps of Martin Luther himself! An itinerary has been put together for KM Tours which visits all the Luther sites you’ve heard about in your Sunday school and confirmation classes – Erfurt, Eisenach, Eisleben, and Wittenberg. Additionally, we will visit Krakow, Auschwitz, the beautiful city of Prague, and Berlin.

Questions? Contact Pastor Chris Manke (Ph. 414-248-6423; email cmanke@mac.com) or Pastor Paul Bulgerin (Ph. (262) 352-9050; email bulgerin@sbcglobal.net).

There is a limited number of seats left as part of this group. Reserve your spot soon.

Thanks for your interest. Blessings on your day!

Peace, Chris
