Congratulations to Vincent Jose Mendez, Luke William Neal, Ana Carlota Pelucarte Franco, Carolina Ramirez and Giancarlo Salinas who prepared for the sacrament over the past year and were confirmed on the feast of Pentecost at Assumption.

They were joined by sponsors and family for the joyous celebration. May the gifts of the Holy Spirit enrich their lives and through them our communities and the world.

The Congregation of the Oratory is pleased to announce that Timothy Passow, a Novice of the Brooklyn Oratory will be vested the habit of the Congregation.

The members of the Oratory will concelebrate and participate in the Liturgy. All are welcome to join us and some members of Tim’s family and friends for this joyous occasion.

Saturday June 5 at the 5:00pm Vigil Mass for the Feast of Corpus Christi at Assumption Parish.
NEW! Bible Study
The St. Charles Borromeo/St. Augustine – St. Francis Xavier Bible Study Group invites the members of The Brooklyn Oratory parish communities to join them. Working with the Little Rock Scripture Study program, the next 3 sessions on the Letters of John will be on June 6, 13 & 27. Meetings are on Zoom on Sunday evenings at 5:00pm. Each session is approximately 1 hour long. New members are welcome. If you are interested in joining or have any questions, you may contact Virginia Navarro at affc@oratorychurch.org for the materials.

First Eucharist
We are pleased that our young people will celebrate first Holy Communion the next two weekends. The families and First Communicants will attend one of the Masses at Assumption or St. Boniface on June 6, 12 or 13th.
Father’s Day Novena Masses begin June 20
Please send in your names (living & deceased) for the Novena of Masses for Father’s Day. You can use PushPay to make an offering or place it in an envelope in the stewardship basket. Send names to info@oratorychurch.org.
Imagining Mary Conversation Program
We encourage you to view the short video Imagining Mary
Spend a little time during Mary’s month of May contemplating the images and listening to prayers said by members and friends of the Oratory in her honor.
