Come Along and Ride on a Fantastic Voyage
A word from the Boss...

First, we hope all of you had a fantastic Thanksgiving with all your family and friends. This is truly a great time to be thankful for everyone in our lives and grateful for all of the amazing work being done in our awesome city.

If you've lived in Jacksonville for 30 years, you get used to hearing "I'll believe it when I see it."

We decided to take some of our investors and potential investors on a bus tour of the urban core to "put eyes" on what's really going on. This "stuff" is real, my peeps!

Transit-Oriented Development: Artea
One of the projects on our tour is the transit-oriented development, Artea, on the Southbank.

Artea is a 340-unit multi-family development currently under construction.

Artea is a transit-oriented development, or TOD, because of its close proximity to the JTA Downtown Skyway and St. Johns River Taxi, meaning you can navigate your way around Downtown from your doorstep without ever having to get in your car.

This project is also a Public Private Partnership between Corner Lot and the Jacksonville Transportation Authority.

A Banner Season...
Speaking of Artea, if you've recently driven along I-95 on your way into Downtown, you might have noticed a new addition to the skyline.

Believe it or not, today, Nov. 30, marks the 30th anniversary of Jacksonville being named the 30th NFL franchise. Check out the banner Corner Lot placed on the parking garage to cheer on the Jags as they fight for the top seed in the AFC.

The team plays such a huge part in not only the economics and development of our great city, but it's also a great way for all aspects of different communities to rally around a common cause.

We'll be pulling for the Teal and Black for the rest of the season. We hope our sign of support gets you pumped up, too! Let's go Jags!! DUUUVAL!!!
