With 18 homes already sold, Johnson Commons is looking to be a hot commodity. Three buildings are already completely sold out! With a growing waitlist, Johnson Commons is quickly being reserved by downtown’s newest residents.

Developing a New Community is a Breeze |
Breeze Homes’ latest community, King’s Landing, is developing quickly. This eighty-five home community located off of Old Kings Road will feature 1461 - 1826 sq. ft. homes, all of which will have four bedrooms and at least two full bathrooms.
Four homes have already been sold with more becoming available soon as the finishing touches come together. We expect to see residents moving into their new homes by the end of October.

Meet our Team: Zeke Silverman, Financial Analyst |
Originally from Melbourne Beach, FL, Zeke graduated from the University of Florida in 2023 with a Masters of Science in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science in Advertising. While in college he acquired his real estate license and worked in brokerage for two years as a transaction coordinator and Realtor. In his current role at Corner Lot, he works as a financial analyst under the umbrella of tax, finance, and government relations. Zeke assists in all aspects of the department including modeling investments, raising debt and equity, and working with the City of Jacksonville to promote sustainable development.
In his free time he enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time on the water. Additionally, he has traveled across the United States, Caribbean islands, and Central America to surf and experience other cultures. Corner Lot recently welcomed Zeke to the team, and the team is excited to have him on board.
