Coppell's Adult Residents Eligible For Free Healthcare Through Woven Health
Woven Health Clinic is a 501c3, non-profit healthcare organization that has a special program for Coppell residents. All Coppell residents, adults ages 18 years and older, qualify for free primary care at Woven Health Clinics through December 31, 2024. This includes seeing an internal medicine physician, family nurse practitioner, gynecology nurse practitioner, registered dietitian, and/or behavioral health specialist. It includes health screenings, cancer screenings, lab work, vaccines, sick visits, well visits, nutritional counseling, weight loss, and mental health counseling, flu, strep, and covid tests, and applies to onsite or telehealth visits. No Coppell adult resident will pay any charges for care at Woven Health Clinic as part of this special program.
Residents can call either permanent clinic location, Woven Health - Farmers Branch, 972-484-8444 or Woven Health – Carrollton, 469-574-2022 to make an appointment. Or walk-ins are accepted at The CORE on September 19 and 26 and October 3 from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. Coppell residents must bring a driver’s license or other document as proof of Coppell residency.
For Coppell businesses that have employees that do not live in Coppell, Woven Health has Small Business Memberships that provide unlimited primary care for a low-cost monthly fee per employee. Please call 972-755-4656 or visit WovenHealth.org for more information.
Woven Health also has special programs for low-income individuals in the Metrocrest to help them get low-cost care and access to other non-profit social service partners.
