Ambassador of the Month
It's Kyle - From State Farm!
Arlington native Kyle Smith started his career in retail management, but after 14 years, he grew tired of working weekends and holidays. After applying for every job under the sun, his resume caught the eye of Natalie Burkhaulter, who was opening a State Farm office.
“Insurance kind of just clicked for me," said Kyle. "Even as a novice, I was able to explain intricate coverages in an easy-to-understand manner. I received a better sense of satisfaction with my work since it really felt like I was helping people.”
They opened their office initially in Roanoke; moving to Coppell after the first year. Since then, they have celebrated a lot of growth!
“The City of Coppell has welcomed us with open arms, and it brings me a lot of joy to volunteer for the Chamber as an ambassador and help the business community.” - Kyle Smith
When he’s not working, you will find him doing "nerdy" activities or spending time with his girlfriend.
Thank you for everything you do for the Coppell Chamber, Kyle! You are an absolute favorite around here and we love having you as part of the team!

Participants engage in discussions with established leaders, go behind-the-scenes at the community’s key institutions, build their leadership skills, create a lasting network of contacts, and give back to the community.
In dynamic sessions held one Friday a month, August through May, participants learn about timely and relevant issues of vital concern to their city, and how they can effectively shape the future of their community, their organization, or their business.
As the Class of 2024 prepares to graduate in May, it is time for aspiring leaders who wish to be a part of the Class of 2025 to register for an application.
