Constitutional Amendment Introduced!
We Need Your Help to Pass It
I am excited to announce that Rep. Katrina Jackson has filed on our behalf the Love Life Amendment to the Louisiana Constitution!

The Love Life Amendment will begin as state legislation that must pass by a 2/3 margin through both the Louisiana House and Senate. If passed, it will go to the ballot this fall, giving you and all Louisiana citizens who are registered voters a chance to vote for life!

The amendment is pretty simple. It makes sure that a right to abortion or taxpayer funding of abortion cannot be found in our state constitution.

In 12 other states, their Supreme Courts have "found" a right to abortion in their state constitutions, requiring abortion-on-demand, even if Roe v. Wade is overturned. We want to make sure that never happens in Louisiana, and the Love Life Amendment will do just that!

Remember, our current state law will protect every baby from abortion the minute Roe v. Wade is overturned. By passing this constitutional amendment, we will protect our law.

You can help pass the amendment!

  • Sign The Petition: Sign the petition asking your state legislators to vote yes on the Love Life Amendment, HB 425!
