Welcome to the new ConsortiaManager Tip of the Month series! Each month, BC ELN and eHLbc members will receive a tip to enhance their use of the ConsortiaManager licensing tool.

Managing Member Accounts

Did you know you have full control over your member accounts?

Institution Profile

To access your member contacts in ConsortiaManager, navigate to the "Profile" menu at the top right of the screen and select "View Profile."

User Accounts

Here you will see all the accounts for your organization. This is where you can add, edit, and deactivate users.

To add a contact, select the blue "Add Contacts" button at the top right of the "User Accounts" section

To deactivate a contact, click the pencil icon and select the blue "Deactivate" button at the top right

To edit a contact or change email notification settings, click the pencil icon and enter the new information OR check/uncheck the email notifications

Testing and Support

Take a moment to view your organization's profile in ConsortiaManager – are all the user accounts current and accurate, with the appropriate permission levels and email notification settings?
