CTN's Automated Reminders System Full Rollout |
After the successful launch of the pilot program for the Automated Reminders System in April, CTN is now rolling out the program as a fully implemented service, effective May 10th.
Initially piloted with families receiving services from York Region’s Spasticity Management and Seating and Mobility Clinic, the system is now expanding to encompass all seven York Region clinics- Spasticity Management, Seating and Mobility, Feeding Assessment and Consultative Services, Developmental Medical Clinic, Medical Behavioural Clinic, Neuromotor Clinic and Diagnostic Autism Clinical Services.
The system is designed to automatically notify families of upcoming CTN specialty clinic appointments via SMS (text), email or voicemail. Reminders will continue to be sent five days and one day before your scheduled appointment to your registered email address or phone number, based on your chosen contact method.
To enroll for automated reminders, a CTN assistant will ask for your consent when you book your next appointment.
For any inquiries concerning the system reminders, please reach out to us at 1-866-377-0286 ext. 202. Alternatively, you can contact us via email at privacy@ctnsy.ca if you wish to opt out of the automated reminders or need to update your contact information.
