We're pleased to announce that Congressman Jonathan Jackson (1st District of Illinois) will join the Prostate Health Education Network (PHEN), to provide remarks next week at our Chicago Prostate Cancer Disparity Rally Town Hall Meeting on Wednesday, August 14th, from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. at the Trinity United Church of Christ (400 W. 95th St., Chicago, IL, 60628).
PHEN is excited to bring together policymakers, clergy, medical experts, health advocates, community leaders, and prostate cancer survivors to empower, share knowledge, and provide resources to end the African American prostate cancer racial disparity and help mobilize ongoing efforts in Chicago.
