| | Mr. Robert Tuma is our new Sophomore Biology Teacher. When Robert isn't teaching his students about reptiles, mammals, and creepy critters, he is doing live animal shows under his stage persona "Jungle Bob". Robert is always asked about how he got the name "Jungle Bob". "I had been doing animal presentations and making public tv appearances for a few years. Every time I was out with my animals' people would stop, point, and yell, 'Leaping lizards, it's Jungle Bob!' " Prior to his new role here at Cleveland Central Catholic, Robert was an animal care teacher at Washington Park Career Tech High School where he taught 10th, 11th, and 12th grade. Robert is excited about his new teaching journey at CCC. "I love our staff. I have great colleagues that are helpful, fun, and dedicated to teaching." Robert grew up in Seven Hills and Brecksville. Robert has been married to his wife, Liz for twelve years. What he's looking forward to while teaching at CCC is to continue engaging with his students. "I want to make a difference by teaching, learning, and educating our students."
