Welcome to Confirmation 2024-2025!

Welcome to Confirmation at Faith Lutheran Church! Confirmation is a two-year program for students in 7th and 8th grade to learn about the foundations of faith and grow in their awareness of God’s presence in their lives. I am excited to spend this year with your students learning and growing in God’s love.

You should have received a welcome letter in the mail at the beginning of August with basic information about Faith's Confirmation program. Going forward, information you need to know will be shared through monthly emails. Here is the first installment!

Register Online by September 1

Register your 7th or 8th grader for Confirmation by September 1. Registration also includes a Medical Release and Permission Form, which are required to participate in special events and trips later in the year.

Are you an incoming 7th Grader? Schedule a New Confirmation Family Meeting with Pastor Julie

If your student is an incoming 7th grader or will be participating in Confirmation for the first time, please follow the link below to schedule a 30-minute New Confirmation Family meeting with Pastor Julie. This is a time for me to meet you and your student before the beginning of Confirmation. We can meet at church or I can come to your home. I look forward to connecting one-on-one before we get started for the year.

September 4 - Confirmation Class begins

Confirmation Class meets on Wednesday nights from 7 to 8:30pm in Luther Hall. Each Wednesday night will include games & activities, learning time, and small group time.

September 8 - Confirmation Forum begins

Confirmation Forum meets on Sundays from 9:45-10:45am downstairs in Room 108. During this time we'll dive deeper into the topics covered on Wednesday night, guided by students' questions and interests. We'll also make art!
