NOTES FROM KRISTEN!

Welcome to our 2017/18 Season! We are already off to an awesome start! It's going to be an incredible season and I'm super excited to share it with all of you! 

Be sure to read the following blocks for important need-to-know details, including information about this  SUNDAY'S MANDATORY COMPANY KICK-OFF MEETING!  See below for times and what to come prepared with (decisions on solos/duets/trios included)!

Specialty Routines cast lists will be published on the studio website on
Saturday, August 19th! We will not begin rehearsing specialty routines this week.

COMPANY KICK-OFF MEETING!
 
Our annual MANDATORY Company Kick-Off meeting for PARENTS & DANCERS will be this Sunday, August 20th!  At these meetings we will:
    • Go over important information!
    • Pass out handbooks and contracts!
    • Answer any questions you might have!
Barb and Kristen will be available to discuss any contract specific questions in private, including any payment schedules not listed on the contract. Because we know it's sometimes difficult to have both Barb and Kristen together, we've made this special time to get all details taken care of so payments can be set up beginning September 1st!

ALL CONTRACTS NEED TO BE SIGNED AND TURNED IN BEFORE YOU LEAVE!

Planning on competing a solo, duet or trio? 

If you are interested in competing a solo, duet or trio this season, please come prepared with your decision! We will be taking care of solo/duet/ trio contracts as well this Sunday, so please decide what you would like to do prior to arriving!

There is always a lot of Company information to share and we want to be sure everyone is kept informed! Here's how we communicate with you!
  • Weekly Company Newsletter via email! Watch for it each week! 
  • We use our Company Team App to send out push notifications as needed! Be sure to sign up for all of your specific groups as well as the ALL COMPANY group! (Instructions Below)
  • Email as needed. You can send email to us at: info@centerstageacademy.org or to Kristen at: kdrice13@yahoo.com.
Please make sure we have your most used email address on file at the front desk so you don't miss out on important information!

Center Stage Company has their own Smartphone App to keep you informed!   To get the full features of the CS Team App you need to: 

First: Download Team App onto your smartphone.

Download Team App here: 

It's 100% FREE!

Second: Launch Team App.

Then follow these steps:

1. Sign-up to Team App.
 You'll be sent an email to confirm your registration.

2. Log in. Then search for Center Stage Company and request access to the group(s) that apply to you.

For example, everyone should request access to join the 2017/18 All Company group and then all of the group classes/ routines that you/ your dancer are in! 

3.  Enable Push Notifications on your phone! (Go to settings to enable them.)

We will use this App to send push notifications to your phone to give everyone immediate need-to-know information- especially during the competition season! 

If you don't have a smartphone, reply to this email so you can be added manually and you'll receive email notifications instead of push notifications to your phone.

COMPANY DRESS CODE REMINDER!

Just a reminder that the dress code for company is NOT OPTIONAL!  Be sure to wear your company uniform and fix your hair for class times!
