URGENT NEED - Smoke Alarms – Grove Christian Outreach Center – for distribution on August 11. Waters Edge Church and James City County Fire Department are partnering with GCOC as they respond to a recent fatal fire in the Grove community. Following this tragic loss, they will be distributing smoke alarms to all Grove residents in need.
