Board of Directors Resignations

The Power Ranch Community Association Board members are volunteer homeowners elected by other homeowners to make decisions on behalf of the greater community. Recently, we've had some resignations that require the remaining Board members to appoint new board members to fill those open positions.

Vice President Josh Pleasent resigned at the June 25, 2024, Board of Directors meeting. At that same meeting, Matthew Harrison was appointed to replace Josh.

On July 8, 2024, Board President Becky Cholewka and Treasurer Matt Dominy resigned from the Power Ranch Board of Directors. The Board is already working to appoint two new Board members to fill Becky and Matt's vacancies. Additionally, the Board must reappoint for the President, Vice President, and Treasurer positions. A special Board of Directors Open Session Meeting is scheduled for July 16 at 6 p.m. at the Barn to fulfill these appointments. Residents are encouraged to attend.

We want to thank Becky, Josh, and Matt for their contributions to Power Ranch and for their work this year on the Board and their respective Committees. Additionally, please join us in welcoming Matthew Harrison. He joins current members Ken Starks, Mike Stone, Jennifer Rotta, and Crystal Glaim.
