MEPTO's favorite FUNdraiser is back! This year's event will be held on April 26th from 5-8 pm at Medway High School. All McGovern and Memorial students are welcome to enjoy an ice cream sundae while we raffle off various theme baskets compiled by each classroom! Raffle Tickets will be 50 cents each! We will sell tickets at the event, but all sales will close by 6:30 pm so we can begin pulling winners at 7:00! Bring a donation to the event for the Medway Food Pantry to earn extra tickets!! Medway Parks and Recreation is teaming up with the Medway Police Department, which is excited to announce that it will host its FIRST Youth Leadership Academy this summer! We currently accept recruits ages 12 and 13 for two sessions: June 24-28, 2024, and August 19-23, 2024!
Recruits will spend the week participating in team-building exercises, field games, drills, and ceremonies and learning about different aspects of policing. They can also attend an optional off-site field trip and receive an academy shirt and water bottle!

Did you know there will be a solar eclipse in South America in October? Companies like Eclipse Glasses USA are accepting glasses donations to send to schools in South America for their eclipse viewing.
We will be collecting eclipse glasses at MPD until 4/30. After that, Sergeant Nigro will be shipping them off so others can enjoy the eclipse in October!
