The Capitol Theatre is always busy. It seems like we are averaging 4-5 events a week. This summer has been no exception! As we entered our 11th year as a multi-purpose event venue, many memories walked through our doors.

This month we started our Singer-Songwriter Series with the wonderful Andy Kahrs, Brit Taylor, and Callie McCullough. Be sure to join us for our next night on September 12.

We also enjoyed another summer of musicals presented by Audience of One! In June we were gifted with an extremely talented cast performing Newsies Jr and in July we got to feel like we were a part of the story with Fiddler on the Roof. We hope you got a chance to experience these shows. We are looking forward to Seven Brides for Seven Brothers in October and White Christmas in December.

As always we have been home to some wonderful rentals as well. We loved having the Mom's Unhinged comedy night with us. They will be back on September 8. And we always love seeing what the Nashville Curiosities Collective Market will bring thru the door. We hosted baby showers, surprise birthdays, weddings, Ballet Adora's summer dance recital, fundraisers, an anniversary party, and more.
