Coming Soon - New Retirement Plan Administrator

TO: All ACC Staff and Faculty Managing Non-TRS Retirement Accounts

Austin Community College (ACC) will soon introduce a new Salary Reduction Agreement (SRA) Processing Service that will change the way some employees' retirement accounts are managed.

A Salary Reduction Agreement is an arrangement which allows an employer to reduce an employee's salary by a designated amount with the purpose of remitting the funds to an approved ACC retirement plan vendor.

This administrative change does not affect employees whose only retirement accounts are with the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS) or the ACC Money Purchase Plan.

Our new trusted administrator, US OMNI and TSACG Compliance Services (USOTCS), will replace the Retirement Manager effective March 20, 2024. The new processing service offers employees 24/7 online services for managing their Optional Retirement Program (ORP) and Voluntary Savings Accounts.

Receive immediate online confirmation for your requests.

Simplified Distribution Process

All plan distribution documents requiring Plan Administrator approval will be routed directly to TSACG Compliance Services.
