Here's where the rubber hits the track!

You asked for grids at Shannonville
and we've got 'em!

July 7-8-9, 2017

We're back! Join us for the third event in the CASC-OR road racing season, the first ever Peter Jackson Trophy Races, next weekend at beautiful, sunny, conveniently located  Shannonville Motorsport Park!

The event has been named to honour Peter Jackson who was a devoted volunteer, and an avid supporter of motorsport in all its forms. He is sorely missed, and this event will pay tribute to his years of dedication and hard work for our sport.

Sign up early, sign up often!
We've got a VH and a Classic grid running and plenty of excitement, with different track configurations on Saturday and Sunday.

Come Friday for test day and refresh your memory ( find track layouts here) on both track layouts if you haven't been to SMP for a while. There's 95 minutes of track time for each group!

There's also a two-hour GT Challenge enduro on Saturday afternoon for the brave and strong among us!

How can you resist all this fun in one place?  We are looking for 15 cars minimum on each VARAC grid. Don't delay, sign up today!!

Don't forget: This event qualifies to redeem your 100 Reasons to Race entry fee reduction you earned by running at the Spring Trophy races in May. The $100 credit will be applied automatically when you pay for your registration.

Food and Drink

We are inviting VARAC racers to paddock on the North side of the track by the Drag strip bleachers. While there is no formal dinner at this event, we will have a substantial wine and cheese and snacks to sustain members through the early hours of Saturday evening.

You may notice something "new" on the registration form: "The Breakfast Club". This is an opportunity for any/every competitor to make a donation towards the cost of the workers' breakfasts. Any money given will be spent on the volunteers (to pay for their breakfasts one, or hopefully both mornings. If every driver kicks in $5 or $10 it will be covered and it goes a long way to showing our volunteers that we appreciate what they do for us!

See you in 11 days!
