Recurring Credit Card Payment Option
The District has implemented a new online payment processing system.
If you were signed up for recurring (automatic) payments with a credit card and you have not contacted the District within the last eight weeks to continue your recurring payments, you must contact the District immediately to sign-up for the new payment processing system. Your information from the old payment processing system will not be brought over to the new payment processing system.
 
Please call or drop by the District's office between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, to set up your recurring credit card payments.
Thank you for your patience while the District upgrades its payment processing systems to provide customers with more convenient payment options and account management.

New Statement Design:
  • Two years of consumption data (instead of one year) listed in gallons
  • Tiers and rates based on your consumption usage
  • Detailed list of other charges
New Online Features :
Login (or Register) at www.coastsidewater.org to view your account details.
  • Transaction history with the most current information
  • Pay your bill (One -time payments, not recurring payments).
  • Make payments for multiple accounts with one login.
  • Save credit card information for future one-time payments.
  • Manage multiple accounts from one login.
Direct Debit from your Bank Account : If you are signed up for payment by direct debit from your bank account, there will be no change in your payment method.
Remember:  Failure to pay your bill on time will result in late fees.
