"Go the Distance" Thanksgiving Clinic - (Spots Still Available!) - The 2nd Annual "Go the Distance" Thanksgiving Clinic on Thanksgiving morning - Nov. 23, 2023. Please note: the purpose of this clinic is not to hammer the kids and make them swim thousands of yards. It's to teach them how to successfully compete in longer distance races - strategies, techniques, and skills that make distance races faster and less intimidating. Cool Merch! "Santa's 78" Christmas Eve Swim - Brand New Event (Signups are LIVE NOW) on the morning of Christmas Eve! Open to just 24 swimmers - this 1st Annual Event promises to be a great new tradition - lots of fun and a great way to kick off the holiday. Swimmers will find out just how magical the number 78 is, as they enjoy swimming 78 swims in 78 minutes, as well many other magical aspects related to the number 78. This event is more of a physical conditioning event that is creative, challenging, and fun, as opposed to a technique clinic. Cool Merch too! And the price is right - Just $78! "Start Off the New Year Right" Starts Clinic - (Signups are LIVE NOW). Start out your 2024 by learning and perfecting explosive, effective starts - the fastest part of every race - forward starts, backstroke starts, and relay starts - New Year's Eve and New Year's Day 2023/2024. Sunrise Clinics (Weekday Edition) for January/February, 2024 - (Signups are LIVE NOW). The theme for this next session of Sunrise Clinics is "Excellence in Turns." As we have all seen, turns can make or break a race. Let's create habits of excellence so that come Championship time, we have the competitive edge as we crush the competition off the walls. The weekday edition takes place Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7-8:15 AM for ages 11&up. Cool new T-shirts for all participants!
